Return Policy

How long is my return window?

You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 7 calendar days from delivery date. After the 7 day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund.

The only items eligible for return are in stock pieces excluding earrings and custom work. There is a 12% restocking fee for existing pendants, rings, bracelets, chains and watches.


What is your return guideline?

All returned items must be unworn and undamaged and ALL original tags remain in tact. There should be no scratches or any signs of wear on any of the jewelry; the product should not have been altered in any way.

All the original packaging must be intact, including original certificates where applicable.

Any items that are received that have been worn, damaged, or altered will not be refundable. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Special order, such as custom mountings, engraved and personalized pieces are not eligible for return or exchange at any time.

How do I start the return process?

Please contact us by e-mail at returns@mazzaselect.com and include your order number on the subject line. Our Customer team will be happy to walk you through the next steps.

Are returns free?

The return carrier to use is at the sole discretion of the customer. Our recommended shipping carriers are UPS, Federal Express.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return arrives back to us, it can take up to 3-5 business days for it to be processed.

Payments received by credit card will be refunded the same way. Payments received by bank wire will be refunded by company check.
